We want your stay or visit to our hospitals and clinics to be as comfortable as possible. This guide is offered to give you dining, lodging, and shopping options in the immediate area. Please note that all prices referenced are subject to change. To receive discounts offered by restaurants and hotels for hospital stays, please check with the medical staff on your floor for proof of hospital care.

Places to Eat on Campus

There are several food service centers, as well as vending machines in various buildings on the UMMC campus. Here are the options for dining on campus.

Main Cafeteria

The main cafeteria is located on the first floor of the main complex near the Central Elevators. The cafeteria (for students, employees and visitors) provides three meals a day, and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Hours

• Breakast - 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
• Lunch - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Dinner - 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Specialty Line - 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
• Short-order items may be purchased at any time during the day.

Wiser Dining Room

The Wiser Dining Room is located on the first floor of the Wiser Hospital. Breakfast, lunch and a limited dinner menu are served Monday through Friday. The dining room is closed on Sunday.
Hours

• Monday - Friday - 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday - 7 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Subway

Subway is located in the main complex down the hall from the Main Cafeteria.

Methodist Rehabilitation Center Cafeteria

The Methodist Rehab Cafeteria serves lunch seven days a week. The MRC cafeteria is reached from the main complex by walking toward the Batson Children's Hospital. The cafeteria is located at the end of the MRC Atrium walkway.
Hours

• Monday - Sunday - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

McDonald's (at MRC)

McDonald's is located just inside the door to the MRC Atrium walkway. To reach McDonald's from the main complex, walk toward the Batson Children's Hospital.
Hours

• Monday - Sunday - 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
